The National Customer Excellence award is given to the SunPower dealer that achieves the highest customer Net Promoter Score (NPS), a metric measuring how likely customers are to recommend a company’s products or services to others. SunPower determines dealer NPS based on surveys completed by homeowners following the installation of their SunPower system.
