“Appointed install date began with prompt arrival by. He introduced himself and set himself to begin off-loading and prepping the site. During each step, he cleaned up and ensured a neat/clean work area. Additional team members arrived and began rooftop install. All were very efficient, courteous and quick. It was great watching the meter spin backwards. Explanations were detailed/questions answered. Overall a great experience.”
